The article presents mathematical models of thermal processes combined methods electromechanical processing, which are based on the heat conduction equations, take into account thermophysical properties (thermal diffusivity, capacity, conductivity and transfer), initial boundary conditions, technological other features studied processing methods. In view fact that (EMT) is characterized by a process with volumetric release zone, sufficiently small dimensions high intensity, it assumed determination temperature fields can be carried out using superposition principle. this case, main factors affecting amount propagating contacting bodies intensity removal, bodies, speed their relative movement.
